Our levels of stress are mounting, many of us find ourselves in states of overwhelm, perhaps even a sense of disconnection with ourselves and the world around us, and with a disconnection from nature -some of us are feeling the edge of ecological grief as well. For those of us who experience high levels of stress in our professional or personal lives, that sense of overwhelm and disconnection can lead to vicarious trauma and neurology that no longer engages the parasympathetic rest and repair states regularly.

Spending time in nature is restorative……

And when you combine that with guided nature connection, forest bathing/forest therapy, and mindfulness or contemplative practices, the benefits you will experience are dramatically increased - for your mind, and our body.
